What to expect when applying
1. Values in Action Self-Assessment | Our values go beyond words; they're put into practice. We've turned our values into practical actions, and candidates, as part of their application, need to complete a brief self-assessment guided by our Values in Action. |
2. Initial Interview | This 30-60min chat with a recruiter or hiring manager gives us a chance to learn about your background and goals and share more about the role and company. |
3. Role Alignment | Next, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and a peer (virtual or in-person) to dive deeper into the role, responsibilities, and your transferable experiences. |
4. Personal Reference Calls | You will be asked to provide 2-3 personal reference calls with past managers of our choosing. |
5. Full Loop | In this final step in the hiring process, you will have consecutive interviews with potential team members. These discussions will focus on your technical abilities and the reflection of our core values in your past experiences. Additionally, you might be asked to provide a writing sample, engage in role-playing, or undergo a hiring or technical evaluation, depending on the job role. |
6. What’s Next | Interviewing can be a demanding and stressful process, and we are grateful for the time you've invested in getting to know us.
